Privacy Policy

By booking or participating in services with K9 Solutions Obedience Training, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide dog training programs, including but not limited to Basic Obedience, Advanced Obedience, Puppy Training, Specialized Training, and Board & Train. Services are delivered as described on our website or service agreements.

2. Payment

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

  • For Board & Train programs, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at scheduling, with the balance due at or before the scheduled drop-off date.

  • Services will not begin until payment has been received in full.

3. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without proper notice will be considered forfeited.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to follow trainer instructions and practice assigned exercises between sessions.

  • Owners must disclose any behavioral or medical issues prior to training.

  • Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.

  • Dogs enrolled in Board & Train must be reliably potty trained. Female dogs in heat will not be admitted.

6. Health, Safety & Weather Conditions

  • Training involves inherent risks. The Client accepts all responsibility for their dog’s behavior during and after training.

  • Some sessions may be conducted outdoors, weather permitting. Dogs will always have access to shade, water, and rest breaks.

  • Heat Safety Codes:

    • Green: Normal outdoor training conditions.

    • Yellow: Caution — shorter outdoor sessions, frequent water breaks, and modified training.

    • Red: High heat risk — training moved indoors or rescheduled if indoor space is unavailable.

  • Cold Weather Safety Codes:

    • Green: Normal outdoor training conditions.

    • Yellow: Caution — shorter outdoor sessions with warming breaks; training may be modified.

    • Red: Extreme cold/ice risk — training moved indoors or rescheduled if indoor space is unavailable.

  • Dogs will never be placed in unsafe weather conditions. The trainer reserves the right to adjust, move indoors, or reschedule sessions due to extreme heat, cold, storms, or hazardous weather.

7. Liability

The Client releases K9 Solutions Obedience Training, its trainers, and staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, property, or animals that may occur during training or as a result of training.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Fauquier County, Virginia.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
